ATS Operational Supervisor’s Training Course

BANSA has engaged Airways International, a New Zealand-based Training organization to conduct on-site ATC Operational Supervisor Training Courses from 8 to 26 September 2025.

Airways International will deliver three 5-day sessions at BANSA with key topics to be covered include leadership and supervision, team and conflict management, performance monitoring, decision-making under pressure and effective communications. At the end of the training, participants will have the knowledge to understand and practice the necessary skills to be effective managers and supervisors. While the major focus of the training is geared towards the ATS environment, it is recognized that managers and supervisors in other parts of the company would benefit from the exposure to the teaching principles and tools to enhance their capabilities as managers and supervisors. Airways International is the commercial arm of Airways New Zealand and has been recognized as a world leader in ATC Training and Simulation.  HR will be issuing the invitations to the individuals who have been identified to attend the course.
